The Picture House London is strictly against any violence, abuse, sexism and racism. As much as we value our customers’ rights, we also value our staff’s right and providing safe work environment. Any person does not respect our values will be asked to leave immediately, without a compensation of the deposit. CCTV is in operation throughout our premises to protect you and our team, and all our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.

  1. Service & Booking

Most vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Exception can be made in case of national lockdown or discussed in advance, customers will be required to contact us in advance to extend their voucher.

Vouchers, gift cards and special promotions are transferable to other person but are non-refundable.

Your voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

The dates and times available for your photoshoot is subject to availability. Please contact a member of our customer service team for further details.

All studio session reserved is subject to a fully refundable booking deposit of £50. All deposits apply per person over 12. This is in addition to the cost of the promotional voucher, but will be returned in full after the reserved session is completed.

All deposit refunds are processed within 14 days of your appointment.

Booking deposits can be used towards the purchase of images, however clients are under no obligation to do so. In the event that a client does not wish to purchase any images, the booking deposit will be returned in full onto their bank account, within 14 days of your appointment.

We require at least 7-day’s notice to reschedule your session. Failure to attend or to provide less than 7-day’s notice may result in forfeiting your deposit.

Once the session is reserved, it can be rescheduled once without penalty, given at least 7-day’s notice to The Picture House London, but it is non-cancellable.

  1. About your session

Please note that we are a photographic studio. We do not exclusively provide make-up and hair services. You are required to bring a minimum of 3 outfit changes unless discussed and agreed with us in advance. Failure to do so will lead to an immediate cancellation of the session and forfeiture of the deposit.

You are required to attend with clean hair, minimal make-up and must show a valid invitation, promotion or voucher at the time of arrival The Picture House London.

You should allow between three to four hours for your experience.

Any person under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian due to an insurance reason.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late your scheduled appointment time, The Picture House London reserves the right not to accommodate you on that day, all rights reserved. Failure to do so may result in any deposit paid to be forfeited.

Booking deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment. You will be required to pay another refundable deposit to book another appointment date.

We offer a range of alcoholic drinks to complement your session but our staff have the right to refuse service if they feel that it necessary.

  1. Your Order

Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.

All our images are delivered as basic-retouched. Any other special retouching requests are chargeable.

All the digital images are delivered as high-resolution Jpeg files.

We aim to deliver all prints and post production orders between 4-6 weeks. If you experience a delay with your order please contact us at info@thepicturehouse.london.

Any images that were not purchased will be deleted and we do not carry any responsibility to retain them.

Due to the sensitive nature of digital technology, whilst every effort is made to retain and safeguard your purchased images, we cannot carry any responsibility for them after 6 months from the date of your shoot.

  1. Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee is applied for our digital image products.

Our Price Match Guarantee can be claimed against any portrait photography studio based in central London.

The competitor must provide the same service of makeover and in-studio photoshoot.

The competitor’s price must show on their website. No promotional, affiliate or media discounted price applies to our Price Match Guarantee.

Typographical errors shall not apply.

Customer must provide sufficient information to us.

Price Match request will only be validated prior to the customer placing the order.

We reserve the right to withdraw our Price Match Guarantee at any time.

  1. Complaints

We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint.

All complaints must be made in writing via email to info@thepicturehouse.london.

The Picture House London will respond to all complaints within 7 working days, and attempt to resolve the complaint to ensure customer satisfaction.

We will need:

A clear, detailed description of what your complaint is about

Copies of any documents related to the complaint

Your name and the date of your appointment

Your email address so that we can reply

Your images may be used by The Picture House London for promotions and publishing. If you wish to opt out of this, you can contact our team anytime at info@thepicturehouse.london.

We may notify you of any special offers, promotions, seasonal gifts or other products and services, and to advise you of any upcoming events. We may contact you either by e-mail or telephone.

No data will be passed on or distributed to a third party unless requested or agreed.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without notice.
